18.

Whenever an indebted immigrant leaves the

employ of his creditor, the amount of the debt of such inmigrant may be recovered in any Civil Court at the suit of the creditor, provided that the sum claimed on account of such debt does not exceed fifty dollars including any suns due on account of passage money

end advances.
